The Setacryl® translucent colours collection (PLEXIGLAS®/pmma) provides you with the desired privacy because it is not transparent and people cannot see through the sheet. The sheets do transmit light and are often used in combination with light such as lightboxes, displays, decors, fair stands and more. This material is UV resistant and weatherproof.
PyraSied is having 20 different translucent colours of acrylic (PLEXIGLAS®) sheets on stock in 3mm and 8mm with a gloss surface. You can order this material cut-to-size, per full sheet or you can compose your own mix-pallet with various colours. We would be happy to develop your own colour that is in line with your company identity. This is possible in various thicknesses from 30m2. We will gradually replace our stock of standard cast translucent plexiglass with a recycled variant (Greencast®). The price and quality are the same, but it is a more sustainable alternative. Translucent acrylic can already be ordered as Greencast® 100% recycled acrylic with a minimum order quantity. The acrylic translucent colours can be used for many different applications such as awards, lighting fixtures, architecture or signage. The sheets can be used for indoor and outdoor uses since the material is colour stable. For inspiration, please take a look at our Acrylic Community.
Are you looking for a light diffuser that is not like the standard opal, but rather black? Then we have the perfect material for that. The Versato® Black & White 845 is a dark grey, translucent acrylic sheet that makes the light beautifully diffuse. Without light, the sheet is dark grey and with light behind it light grey, almost opal. This type is suitable for light applications where a dark diffuser plate is required. This type has a one-sided satin surface and has the sheet size 3000x1500mm. This sheet is 3 mm thick.
