PyraSied Xtreme Acrylic has more than 35 years of experience in professionally fabricating of acrylic (Plexiglas/PMMA) and other plastics. We have a modern machine park of more than 1000 m2 in which various machining fabrications and manual fabrications come together.
We find it very important to always be able to offer the newest and best fabricating techniques to our customers. That is why we have recently expanded and improved our advanced machinery with several new machines. With our fabrications, we offer every opportunity to serve our customers optimally. Our well-trained machining team possesses a broad knowledge of various (manual) machining options and we are happy to think along! We have a very extensive and diverse range of machinery consisting of various machines such as; 2 fast laser machines, 3 CNC milling machines, 2 CNC dividing saws, 4 wall saws, 2 table saws, 1 printer, bending equipment, ovens and polishing mills.
In addition to machining fabrications, we also offer manual fabrications such as bonding, drilling, polishing and sanding of acrylic. Over the past years, we have been able to apply our own hand-working techniques that we have developed and improved over the years. Our work can be recognized by the high quality, the fast delivery and the eye for detail.
We specialize in large-scale (series-based) projects in which we are ready for our customers with a whole project team. Together we will look for the right production method and the perfect material for the project.
